Canva Upload Licence Agreement

1. Grant of Licence

This licence allows the Licensee to upload the selected font weights to one Canva Brand Kit for use in creating editable designs, templates and social-media content for a single brand or project. The number of Canva users permitted is defined by the tier selected at checkout.

2. Permitted Uses

• Upload the licensed fonts to one Canva account / Brand Kit.
• Allow the number of Canva users included in the purchased tier (1, 5, 20, or 100).
• Create editable designs, templates and layouts inside Canva.
• Export unlimited static images and videos from Canva.
• Use the fonts in both personal and commercial work for the licensed brand/project.
• Use the licence for lifetime, with no renewal required.

3. Restrictions

• Fonts may not be uploaded to additional Canva accounts or Brand Kits.
• Fonts may not be used for multiple brands/projects without additional licences.
• The Licensee may not exceed the user limit of the selected licence tier.
• Font files may not be distributed, resold or shared outside the licensed organisation.
• Fonts may not be published in any public Canva template library or marketplace.
• Fonts may not be uploaded to any online generator or shared cloud system other than Canva.

4. Multi-User and Organisation Use

The licence covers only the number of Canva users included in the purchased tier:

• Single User
• Small Team (up to 5 users)
• Medium Team (up to 20 users)
• Large Team (up to 100 users)
• Enterprise (Contact Us)

Additional users require an upgraded tier.

5. Ownership

All font software remains the exclusive property of The Northern Block Ltd. This agreement grants usage rights only; no ownership is transferred.

6. Term

The licence is lifetime and applies solely to the brand or project named at purchase. Future brands/projects require separate licences.
